1-Year Standard Warranty

All FeroxBikes are backed by a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the following components:

• Motor
• Battery
• Controller
• Charger
• Display
• Electrical wiring and components

3-Year Frame Warranty

The frame of each Ferox bike is covered under a three-year structural warranty against material or workmanship defects under normal use.

Exclusions

The following are not covered under warranty:

• Wear and tear (brake pads, tires, tubes, chains, grips)
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Water damage due to improper use or storage
• Third-party parts not supplied by FeroxBikes

How to Make a Claim

To file a warranty claim, please email us with the following:

• Order number
• Bike serial number
• Clear description and photos of the issue
