How waterproof are Lectric eBikes?
All Ferox eBike's electrical components have an IP rating of 65! This means it is dust-tight and can withstand jetting water. See the IP code for more details.
Use caution when riding in wet conditions as it will take longer to use the brakes to slow down, and also when turning as the tires may slip. The electrical components on the bike are not waterproof.
The warranty for all Ferox eBikes does not cover water damage.
